We are among the leading distributors of tomato paste products in Ghana for over 11 years now. We have also added sardines, mackerel, among others to our products.

We have been providing support and services to all of the services to all of the customers, contractors, traders, farmers etc. around the whole Ghana.

To achieve our goals we are into import and export business. Our traditional business is based on the accomplishment of natural food items processing in the Ghanaian market and beyond. We produce and distribute quality products which care for the health of consumers. We do support the socio-cultural and socio-economic development in every country we operate in. Based on the decision of the company to diversify our properties and market scale, we have now established this corporation in other West African countries like Togo, Benin and Burkina Faso.

Management

Our company is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of the Managing Director, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing and the Country Director in charge of external relations. The board formulates and directs the implementation of strategic policies of the company at all times. It also oversees the proper functioning of the various departments of the organization.

OUR STRUCTURE

STRUCTURAL EXPLANATION

The organization is structured into various departments distinct of each other for easy functioning. This notwithstanding the various departments are interrelated and therefore collaborate where necessary. The structure is a hierarchical one headed by the Board of Directors made up of the Managing Director, Directors of Marketing, Operations and Financial Controller. The Managing Director (MD) follows the board. He is immediately followed by the Heads of Department namely Director of Operations (Operations), Director of Marketing (Marketing), Director of Legal Affairs (Legal)*, Financial Controller (Finance) and Human Resource Manager who are directly responsible to him.
